IMPORTANT: READ BEFORE DOWNLOADING
All of these outfits are non-default, meaning you can use as many of them in your game at the same time as you wish. ANY MESHES REQUIRED FOR THE OUTFITS WILL NOT BE INCLUDED, but I will provide links to where they can be downloaded. You will have to register at moonlightdragon to download the files, by there are a lot of useful things there. c: Certain files by Chris Hatch are required for these outfits to show up in your game, and because of Chris's policy, I will include them at the end of this section.
Chris's Policy: My policy on everything has always been 'Do whatever you like provided it's kept free'
I emphisize that with this because I respect that many sites do not want links to adult sites posted. Therefore I do not require credit, if it helps others have fun then go ahead and share.
I give full consent to use all or any part, alter or add in anyway that you like, provided it is kept free.
Here is what Chris's post originally says:
PETS OR HIGHER IS REQUIRED.
When the buy outfit dialogue opens it opens in the age category of the sim doing the buying, if the sim is a baby then in opens in baby age. So to buy new baby outfits you must first have some to buy, then get baby to do the buying.
The option to buy a new outfit for baby on the 'Girl's Fuzzy Bear' (CJH_BuyBabyOutfitTeddy.zip) will push buying a new outfit onto a baby's interaction que, if baby is in a cot or being held by another sim then the baby is busy and will not be able to buy. If baby is in a cot choose to buy a new outfit then pick the baby up, that will free the baby's que to buy a new outfit. If Apartment Life or higher is installed then cots can be recognised by category so if baby is in a (default) cot picking the baby up out of the cot is automatic. When the buy outfit dialogue opens it will be blank, just change the gender selection and any available outfits will show, (remember to change the gender back again). I set the price of baby outfits at $25.
The buy outfit dialogue will appear to be in adult outfits but it is in baby 'mode' or adult outfits would show.
Toggle the gender selection to get the baby outfits to show.
The teddy bear is cloned from A&N's 'girl's teddy' so boys can't play with or carry it but it can be placed on shelves and coffee tables. It contains no game overrides because buying baby outfits is already in your game.
Planing baby's outfit is part of buying so there is nothing more than the teddy and some outfits required. CJH_PlanBabyOutfit.zip is a semi-global override that will add planing baby outfits to change tables; its existence will have no effect until you buy some baby outfits as it runs the standard 'Do I Have Spares' test.
CJH_PlanBabyOutfit+ToddlerFormal.zip is the same as CJH_PlanBabyOutfit.zip but it also adds planing and changing toddler formal outfits to change tables, it's of no use to you unless you have some toddler formal outfits in your game. Freetime includes two formal outfits for toddler girls, which gave us a ridiculous situation where sims can go out and buy toddler formal outfits but there was no way to give or put them onto a toddler. If you have Freetime installed then any family that has or previously had a female toddler does have at least one toddler formal outfit in the family clothing bin already.

I have cloned the clothing rack (CJH_BabyClothesRack.zip) from the one that will be in any future updates of The Sims™ 2 Angel and Nurses Stuff. This is only for community lots and works the same as regular clothing racks except it's for baby clothes. The price of outfits on this rack is $50, the sim must have a baby or toddler in their family to buy. Sims that have a baby or toddler in their family, are pregnant or have a sim that is pregnant and showing in their family can browse. At an owned business if a controllable sim buys then the community lot buy behave is run instead of the EP3 buy behave because I can't get a baby to pay at a cash register. Apart from that it does seem to work OK at an owned business, non controllable sims that qualify to browse can buy. It works great at hospitals but can only be purchased while the lot is a community lot, before conversion to hospital.

It's really quite simple to get the outfits working in game. The baby doesn't actually have to do the buying. I've tested it with teens and adults and they can get the outfits just fine. Once you click on the bear, the outfits won't be visible right away, toggle the gender back and forth and the outfits will show up. DON'T try switching the ages otherwise you will have to exit and reenter to see the baby outfits again. I haven't tested out the clothing rack, but I would assume it works in pretty much the same way.

I would also like to thank Theraven for her useful threads about non-default outfits, including a tutorial on how to make recolors. I would also like to thank her as I used some of the detailing of her recolors (any of the lines/threads) as a guide.
